questionable customer service

I loved what I ordered but unfortunately it did not fit. I tried to get on the website to start a return, but it says they are closed. I have left an email asking for direction as to how do send this merchandise back, but have not heard anything. I did, however, received an email to review my purchase. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of follow-through for returns. Because of that, I would not recommend ordering from them.
